MissionPro is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) product provided by Tango Tech Limited. This Privacy Policy explains how Tango Tech Limited may collect, use, store, disclose, and otherwise process personal data in connection with the MissionPro website, web application, and related services.

By accessing or using MissionPro, users acknowledge that their information may be collected, used, stored, disclosed, and otherwise processed as described in this Privacy Policy. If a user does not agree with this Privacy Policy, the user should not access or use MissionPro.

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to personal data collected through MissionPro, the SaaS product provided by Tango Tech Limited, including through the website, web application, and related services, and including information relating to account holders, team members, administrators, invited users, and information contained in content, files, images, documents, and other materials submitted to or processed through the service.

This Privacy Policy does not apply to third-party websites, platforms, applications, or services that may be linked to, connected with, or integrated into MissionPro, including social media platforms, cloud storage services, and external content sources. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy practices, and MissionPro is not responsible for them.

2. Information collected

Tango Tech Limited may collect personal data that users provide directly, including names, email addresses, passwords, organization names, workspace details, website URLs, organization type, region, job or role information, invited-user email addresses, account settings, communications, support messages, and any other information voluntarily submitted.

MissionPro may also collect and process content that users create, upload, store, generate, schedule, publish, or otherwise submit through the service, including campaign briefs, brand guidelines, post copy, prompts, images, logos, PDFs, spreadsheets, documents, media files, and related metadata. Such content may include personal data if users choose to include it.

If users connect third-party accounts at their direction, MissionPro may receive and store information and credentials required to provide the requested functionality. This may include encrypted access tokens, refresh tokens, connected account or page identifiers, account names or handles, account email addresses for display or authentication purposes, file metadata, file contents from selected folders, public post-performance and engagement metrics, and credentials required for supported social or publishing integrations.

MissionPro may automatically collect limited technical and usage information, including IP address, browser type, device information, session identifiers, request times, error logs, referring pages, pages visited, and related operational or security data.

Where personal data is collected directly from an individual, Tango Tech Limited may use that data for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, may transfer it to the categories of recipients described below, and may require certain data where necessary to provide MissionPro or comply with legal or operational requirements. If requested data is not provided, some features or services may be unavailable.

3. Cookies and similar technologies

MissionPro may use strictly necessary cookies and similar technologies to authenticate users, maintain sessions, remember workspace selections, secure connection flows, and support core service functionality.

This may include a session cookie used to keep users signed in, a workspace-selection cookie used to remember the active organization view, and temporary state cookies used during account-connection or authentication flows to help prevent misuse or unauthorized requests.

MissionPro does not currently use advertising, marketing, or non-essential third-party analytics cookies through the service. MissionPro may, however, introduce additional cookies or similar technologies in the future to support functionality, security, measurement, or service improvement, and this Privacy Policy may be updated accordingly.

4. How information is used

Personal data may be used for any legitimate business, operational, product, security, legal, compliance, research, and service-related purpose, including to:

  • provide, operate, host, maintain, secure, and improve the website and service;
  • create, administer, and authenticate user accounts and workspaces;
  • enable collaboration, invitations, permissions, and workspace administration;
  • ingest, organize, analyze, transform, generate, schedule, publish, and report on content and campaigns;
  • connect to and interact with third-party accounts and platforms at the user’s direction;
  • respond to enquiries, support requests, and other communications;
  • send transactional, administrative, legal, product, security, and service-related notices;
  • send updates, offers, newsletters, and marketing communications, subject to applicable user choices where required;
  • monitor usage, diagnose issues, prevent misuse, enforce policies, and protect rights, systems, users, and the public;
  • comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, establish or defend legal claims, and carry out corporate transactions.

MissionPro may also use submitted content, prompts, source material, brand assets, documents, and images in order to generate outputs, analyze inputs, improve workflow quality, troubleshoot issues, detect abuse, and maintain or enhance the performance and reliability of the service.

5. AI and automated processing

MissionPro uses third-party AI and automation providers to support functions such as text generation, strategy support, analysis, image understanding, image generation, search assistance, workflow execution, and related product capabilities.

To enable these features, MissionPro may transmit relevant inputs and associated context to third-party providers acting on its behalf or supporting the requested functionality. These inputs may include briefs, prompts, uploaded content, source materials, brand content, text, documents, images, metadata, and other information necessary to provide the service.

MissionPro does not guarantee that AI-generated outputs will be accurate, complete, original, suitable for any purpose, or free from error, bias, or infringement risk. Users remain responsible for reviewing and approving outputs before use or publication.

6. Sharing and disclosure

MissionPro does not sell personal data for money. Tango Tech Limited may share, disclose, transfer, or make personal data available where reasonably necessary to operate the service, support business operations, protect legal interests, or comply with legal requirements.

Information may be shared with categories of recipients such as:

  • hosting, cloud infrastructure, storage, database, backup, delivery, and security providers;
  • authentication, communications, support, and productivity vendors;
  • AI text, vision, image-generation, search, and workflow providers;
  • connected social media, publishing, and cloud-storage platforms at the user’s direction;
  • stock media and content-source providers in connection with user requests;
  • professional advisers, auditors, insurers, investors, financing sources, and corporate affiliates;
  • regulators, authorities, courts, counterparties, and law enforcement where required or appropriate;
  • buyers, sellers, successors, or other transaction participants in connection with an actual or proposed financing, merger, acquisition, restructuring, asset sale, or similar transaction.

Where users direct MissionPro to connect to external services or publish content through them, MissionPro may share content, media, API requests, identifiers, tokens, metadata, and other relevant information needed to carry out those instructions.

7. Service providers and technical infrastructure

MissionPro may use a range of third-party providers to operate the service and process data. These may include database and file-storage providers such as Supabase, hosting and infrastructure providers such as Google Cloud Platform, AI providers such as Google Gemini and OpenRouter, image-generation providers, stock-image providers such as Pexels, Unsplash, Pixabay, and Openverse, web-search providers, and supported social, publishing, and cloud-storage integrations such as Meta platforms, Google Drive, Bluesky, and Mastodon.

MissionPro may change, add, or remove providers at any time without separate notice where appropriate for service delivery, security, efficiency, or business needs.

8. Security

MissionPro uses administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information. These measures may include HTTPS/TLS encryption in transit, encryption at rest through infrastructure providers, bcrypt hashing for passwords, AES-256-GCM encryption for stored third-party access tokens and credentials, access controls, workspace-based data segregation, logging, and related safeguards.

Despite these measures, no method of transmission, storage, or security control is completely secure or guaranteed. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MissionPro disclaims liability for unauthorized access, interception, loss, theft, alteration, disclosure, or destruction of information except to the extent such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

9. International processing

MissionPro may host, store, access, transfer, and process information in multiple jurisdictions where Tango Tech Limited, its affiliates, service providers, and integration partners operate. The service is hosted on Google Cloud Platform in the Singapore region, and application data and media may be stored with Supabase or other infrastructure providers in regions selected by Tango Tech Limited from time to time.

By using the service or submitting information, users acknowledge and agree that information may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in jurisdictions outside their own, which may have different data-protection standards.

10. Retention

MissionPro retains information for as long as Tango Tech Limited reasonably considers necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including to provide the service, maintain business and legal records, enforce agreements, resolve disputes, investigate incidents, comply with legal obligations, and protect legitimate interests.

MissionPro may retain residual copies, backups, logs, records of transactions, security data, and other information for longer periods where deletion is impracticable, disproportionate, technically constrained, required for system integrity, or permitted or required by law.

11. User controls and deletion requests

Users may be able to update certain account information, remove content, delete uploaded materials, or disconnect third-party integrations through the service interface.

Users may also request deletion of their account or certain personal data by contacting Tango Tech Limited at lucas@tango-tech.ai. Tango Tech Limited may require verification of identity, ownership, authority, or account control before acting on any request. Tango Tech Limited may refuse, limit, delay, or condition any request to the extent permitted by law, including where retention is required or justified for legal, security, fraud-prevention, backup, technical, compliance, dispute, billing, audit, or operational reasons.

Where Tango Tech Limited processes information on behalf of an organization, workspace owner, or administrator, individuals may be directed to make requests through the relevant organization or account controller first.

12. Access and correction

Subject to applicable law and reasonable verification requirements, individuals may request access to or correction of their personal data held by Tango Tech Limited by contacting lucas@tango-tech.ai.

Tango Tech Limited may decline or limit a request to the extent permitted by law.

13. Children

MissionPro is intended for business, organizational, and adult users and is not directed to children. MissionPro does not knowingly collect personal data directly from children through the service. If Tango Tech Limited becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a child in a manner requiring action under applicable law, appropriate steps may be taken to delete or restrict that information.

14. Changes to this policy

Tango Tech Limited may modify this Privacy Policy at any time by posting an updated version on the website or service. Changes become effective on posting unless a later date is stated. Continued access to or use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy to the extent permitted by law.

15. Contact

Privacy questions, requests, or notices — including requests to delete your account or personal data — may be submitted to Tango Tech Limited at lucas@tango-tech.ai.
